Chemical composition of tea extract:

Effect of tea extract:

1. Antioxidant effect
Tea polyphenols can directly scavenge reactive oxygen free radicals. The structure of tea polyphenols is rich in phenolic hydroxyl groups, which can provide active hydrogen to inactivate free radicals. The free radicals formed by oxidation have high stability due to the structure of catechol. Therefore, tea polyphenols are free radical inhibitors for hydrogen supply.
